“ 遅延しているプロジェクトにてスタッフの意見を聞いてみると「人員不足」という意見と「人が多すぎる」という正反対の意見が同時に存在。つぶさに観察するとその背景には「中心となる人物が不在」という意外な本質があることが判明。意見という「表面的な現象」をただ鵜呑みにすると判断を誤る。
